COUPSYL® LS-DENSIFIER as a liquid lithium-based concrete densifier is a colorless, transparent and full mineral solution. This product with its high penetration into the concrete and cement texture while reacting with the free lime and forming calcium silicate crystals has blocked the pores and capillary tubes. It does not allow water or steam particles, oil and even harmful gases to penetrate. Also, it actually removes efflorescence from concrete surfaces by absorbing calcium and calcareous compounds. In other words, this product with its high penetration strength increases the texture density of these surfaces.Therefore, concrete surfaces that have been reinforced with lithium-based concrete densifier are actually waterproof by losing their absorption and penetration centers and they are impermeable to a great extent.

Maintenance method

Keep in a sealed container, dry and low light environment at a temperature of 15-40 degrees Celsius. In case of contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of water. Immediately see a doctor if swallowed. This solution is free of hazardous evaporative and non-flammable materials.

Storage: keep in closed plastic containers separate from acids, reactive metals and ammonium salts at a temperature of 15-40 ° C. It should not be stored in aluminum, copper, brass, zinc or galvanized containers.

Risks and Limitations of lithium-based concrete densifier

  • This substance is a colorless and odorless liquid. It causes moderate eye irritation, moderate skin irritation, digestive system irritation and dust irritates the respiratory system. Due to the high pH of this product, in case of leakage to surface water, it will damage aquatic animals. If spilled, it will cause the surface to slip. It reacts with acids, ammonium salts, reactive metals and some organic compounds.

    * Skin contact: This product moderately irritates the eyes.
    * Inhalation: This product irritates the respiratory system.
  • * Eating: This product causes burning of the mouth, esophagus and stomach.
    * Physical hazards: This product causes the surface to slip.
