Concrete acid stain color is used to paint all types of concrete surfaces. This product penetrates the concrete texture and reacts with the calcium on its surface in order to stain concrete surfaces. As a result, the color obtained from acid stain is created by the reaction of this material with the concrete surface. The amount of staining and created color spectrum depends on the type and quality of concrete surface and concrete grade. Higher concrete grade or more cement amount available on concrete surface will lead to higher paintability rate. For this reason, the final color of the acid stain is determined after its reaction with the concrete surface.

All-plastic hand-held sprayer pump for spraying concrete acid stain color on concrete on the desired surface (for small surfaces, a brush can be used to impregnate the surface evenly) Suitable clothing, shoes, gloves and masks Sweeper, brush or car wash pump for washing Paper tape and glue to cover surfaces that are not to be painted. Neutralizing powder COUPCOLOR® ANP
Step 1: Repair, prepare and clean the surface If the desired surface is broken or has seams and cracks, it must be repaired and rebuilt before any work. Also, if the surface is oily or there are paint stains on the surface, the contaminants on the surface must be completely removed. For this purpose, sandblasting, detergents and degreasing agents can be used. Also, if the surface has efflorescence, dust, moss or algae, it should be thoroughly cleaned before application.
Step 2: Moisten the desired surface The surface must be moistened before spraying COUPCOLOR® concrete acid stain.
Step 3: Spray COUPCOLOR® CAS paint on the surface To spray this solution on the surface, a completely plastic hand sprayer pump with a maximum pressure of 2 times should be used. The spraying speed of this solution should be done at a speed of approximately 1 liter per minute so that the surface is well wetted and at the same time the liquid does not flow on the surface.
Step 4: Leave the surface for at least 4 hours After spraying the paint on the surface, the surface should be left alone for at least 4 hours.
Step 5: Prepare the neutralizing solution Dissolve COUPCOLOR® ANP Neutralizing Powder in water in a ratio of 1 to 25 and mix well.
Step 6: Spray the neutralizing solution on the painted surface after at least 4 hours After preparing the neutralizing solution and sufficient time after spraying the paint on the surface, spray the neutralizing solution on the surface with a sprayer pump to neutralize the excess paint on the surface.
Step 7: Wash the surface after neutralization After 5 minutes of spraying the neutralizing solution on the surface, wash the desired surface with clean water. So that all excess and unabsorbed paint is removed from the surface by the surface.
Final step: Run the sealer on the surface After performing the previous step and complete drying of the surface, the desired sealer can be applied on the surface.
You should always paint a small part of the desired area with acetic acid before starting work, and after obtaining the desired color, paint the entire desired surface. In order to spray COUPCOLOR® CAS paint on the surface, a low pressure pump such as a completely plastic hand-held sprayer pump must be used.
Spraying COUPCOLOR® CAS paint on cement facades should be done away from wind and in the shade and on non-rainy days.
COUPCOLOR® concrete acid stain color can be diluted up to 1 times with water to create lighter shades. The amount of COUPCOLOR® CAS required per square meter of surface area depends on the amount of pores and roughness of the surface.
When using COUPCOLOR® concrete acid stain color, appropriate gloves, masks and shoes should be used to prevent contact of this substance and its vapors with the body.
